"After putting off seeing a mental health professional for almost a year, I finally got up the courage to speak to someone. Dr Klemperer made me feel completely comfortable and listened very empathetically to everything I had to say. It was a huge relief to speak to her and she has given me some incredibly useful insights into how I feel and most importantly what can be done about it. I would very highly recommend Dr Klemperer for any patient." - a patient
"I have been offered fantastic care and support through Dr Klemperer, particularly at a time when I was feeling very vulnerable. Her approach is extremely thorough; I left my initial consultation feeling like I had been able to fully explain myself, and feeling understood. She is perceptive, and was able to interpret my explanations where I couldn’t articulate them well. I feel in very safe hands. She was also excellent when it came to explaining my diagnosis and treatment options in simple terms, and answered any and all questions I had. I can’t recommend the care and support enough." - a patient
"Wow, what can I say other than amazing! I finally felt heard and Understood by a Doctor" - a patient
"From the off I could tell Frances was someone I was going to be comfortable with. She has a calming nature and is incredibly committed to finding the right path for you. Something she proved in her great after-care emails on numerous occasions. I couldn't recommend her highly enough, and was surprised at how quickly she made a difference." - a patient
What carers say
"has the knack of talking to you as if you will understand the issues, which is not always the case - doctors sometimes talk to Carers in a patronising manner and do not find time to explain things fully, whereas Dr Klemperer is just the opposite so that I found her comments made me feel as if we were co-workers in the difficult task of seeking to support my son in getting the best outcomes" - a carer
"Dr Klemperer has always been very patient in listening carefully to what I am worried about and offering very helpful comments to help me understand the context within which my son's care is managed, including on medications and their side effects, the legal framework and the social care aspects. She is clearly in the top of her profession and has a very wide knowledge of the issues affecting her patients" - a carer
"Frances was immediately on hand when we needed her. She showed great care and understanding, and worked with us to help my friend who was in dire need. She was a GODSEND!" - a carer
